My name is Mikhail, also known as Mr. Darkness (
http://steamcommunity.com/id/misharoman/ ). I am 20 years old and come from Russia. Before I continue any further I will point out that I am a fluent English-speaker and am of Proficient English level.
A am a developer who is applicable for any Source Engine games. I do Level Design, Particle Systems, Graphical Design and SFX (as I read you don't require this one).
Apart from the following I am also capable of voice acting, though my rig is not the best for it (thus my records require editing via audacity and such).
I am also a developer at

I have a YouTube channel (

Before 2014 I used to make maps for Garry's Mod and made lots, gaining experience from cooperation with other mappers.
Apart from mapping I have also do particle effects. I don't have many to show you since most of them were made for Lambda Wars, but mainly because there are no videos for those (apart from a few preview screenshots). One that I am proud of would be this one:

Why am I applying for OBM?
I completely support the OBM and GD projects as these are major projects that already took a long period of work. Besides, these are the projects for remake of good old Opposing Force and Blue Shift!
Here I will include a little about myself.
8 years ago I began my career with mapping, obviously making beginner level maps. My first game for mapping was Gmod which I made all my maps for. Later I moved onto more advanced level design with application of complex entities and entity systems. This is how I got to my map "Outland"

Seeing as OBM was struggling in the past and is now active I decided that it would be great to help keep it that way as I am extremely motivated to bring OBM and by chance GD on good tracks!
